Job Summary
Leading the development of performance-driven creative strategies, the full-time Senior Creative Strategist will translate business goals and insights into scalable frameworks for paid social channels, primarily focusing on Meta and TikTok, while managing creative direction and UGC-driven content development.
Key responsibilities
- Evolve creative strategy frameworks for paid social acquisition based on performance feedback
- Lead development of high-quality creative briefs for internal teams and external creators
- Own ideation and execution of UGC-style ad concepts optimized for conversion
Required qualifications
- Experience in DTC, paid social creative strategy, and/or UGC strategy
- Proven track record of developing high-performing paid social creative
- Deep understanding of UGC-style content and platform-native trends
- Experience owning creative strategy and connecting performance data to creative decisions
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
