Job Summary
Leading the development of performance-driven creative strategy across paid social channels, the full-time Senior Creative Strategist will translate business goals into scalable creative frameworks, focusing on customer acquisition for health and wellness products in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Evolve creative strategy frameworks based on performance feedback and translate insights into actionable creative briefs
- Lead the development of high-quality creative briefs and ensure alignment with performance goals and brand voice
- Own ideation and execution of UGC-style ad concepts optimized for conversion while analyzing creative performance for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in DTC, paid social creative strategy, and/or UGC strategy, particularly in the health and wellness sector
- Proven track record of developing high-performing paid social creative with case studies
- Deep understanding of UGC-style content and platform-native trends (TikTok, Meta)
- Strong ability to connect performance data to creative decisions
- Excellent script, brief, and concept writing skills for conversions
