Job Summary
Experienced in direct response creative strategy, the full-time Senior Creative Strategist will own the briefing process for various creative assets, analyze performance data to inform new concepts, and manage UGC creator relationships, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end briefing process for all creative entering production, ensuring a steady backlog of new concepts
- Analyze creative performance data to identify successful strategies and translate findings into actionable briefs
- Manage the UGC creator pipeline, including sourcing, briefing, and performance review to enhance creative output
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in direct response creative strategy and performance media buying
- Proven ability to write production-ready briefs that require minimal revisions
- Fluency in performance data analysis and its application to creative direction
- Experience managing UGC creators throughout the entire process from sourcing to delivery
- Strong copywriting skills across various formats, including scripts and ad copy
