Job Summary

To drive impactful creative strategies, the full-time Senior Creative Strategist will manage the end-to-end briefing process for various media formats, analyze performance data to inform creative direction, and oversee UGC creator relationships, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the briefing process for all creative assets, ensuring a steady flow of new concepts ready for production
  • Analyze creative performance data to identify successful strategies and translate findings into actionable briefs
  • Manage the UGC creator pipeline, from sourcing to performance review, while maintaining accurate creator dashboards
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in direct response creative strategy and performance media buying
  • Proven ability to write production-ready briefs that require minimal revisions
  • Fluency in performance data analysis to inform creative direction
  • Experience managing UGC creators throughout the entire process
  • Strong copywriting skills for various formats, including scripts and ad copy
