Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end briefing process, the full-time Senior Creative Strategist will develop and manage creative briefs for various formats while analyzing performance data to drive strategic direction and oversee UGC creator relationships in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a rolling content backlog with new concepts ready for production
- Analyze creative performance data to identify winning strategies and document insights in a creative playbook
- Manage the UGC creator pipeline, including sourcing, vetting, and performance reviews
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in direct response creative strategy and performance media buying
- Proven ability to write production-ready briefs with minimal revisions
- Fluency in performance data analysis and translating findings into creative direction
- Experience managing UGC creators from sourcing to delivery
- Strong copywriting skills for various formats including scripts and ad copy
