Job Summary

Driving the creative quality and strategic direction of paid performance marketing campaigns, the full-time Senior Creative Strategist will manage external agencies and in-house teams to produce high-impact ads across various platforms, focusing on both traditional and AI-based performance ad production in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Produce and direct scaled creative across performance marketing surfaces with significant ad spend
  • Develop performance creative concepts based on a deep understanding of the product and its consumer use-cases
  • Manage external agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality creative output and oversee the QC process for creatives
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in creative direction for performance marketing
  • Proven experience building creative testing frameworks and production pipelines at scale
  • Active use of AI tools, automation, and workflows
  • Demonstrated portfolio of high-performing performance creative, especially short-form video ads
  • Strong understanding of the consumer marketing landscape and channels like Meta and TikTok
