Job Summary
Leading the development of creative and content strategies, the full-time Senior Creative Strategy Analyst will drive performance across paid media channels, generate innovative campaign concepts, and produce actionable creative briefs while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop performance-driven creative strategies that align with brand goals and market insights
- Generate campaign ideas and concepts based on market research and consumer trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of creative concepts from production to delivery
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in creative strategy or performance-driven content within the DTC or ecommerce space
- Hands-on experience with creative tools such as Figma or Canva, and video editing platforms like CapCut or Adobe Premiere
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and consumer trends
- Experience developing visual advertising concepts, including video and static content
- Comfort working within project management platforms like Asana or Monday
