Job Summary

Leading the development of creative and content strategies, the full-time Senior Creative Strategy Analyst will drive performance across paid media channels, generate innovative campaign concepts, and produce actionable creative briefs while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop performance-driven creative strategies that align with brand goals and market insights
  • Generate campaign ideas and concepts based on market research and consumer trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of creative concepts from production to delivery
Required qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in creative strategy or performance-driven content within the DTC or ecommerce space
  • Hands-on experience with creative tools such as Figma or Canva, and video editing platforms like CapCut or Adobe Premiere
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and consumer trends
  • Experience developing visual advertising concepts, including video and static content
  • Comfort working within project management platforms like Asana or Monday
