Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Creator Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, grow, and retain relationships with Tier 1 Managed Creators
- Identify growth opportunities and increase revenue within the managed book of business
- Act as the influencer's voice internally and provide feedback to improve the influencer experience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an account or management role
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Background and understanding in influencer or affiliate marketing
- Previous account manager experience required
- Strong knowledge in G-Suite; HubSpot experience preferred
