Job Summary
Providing operational and coaching support to an operations team, the full-time Senior Credentialing Coordinator will manage credentialing processes for practitioners and facilities, ensuring compliance with company policies and NCQA standards while leading training efforts for team members.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the team in daily responsibilities to meet performance goals, including inventory monitoring and reporting
- Review and analyze credentialing data for trends and compliance with standards
- Lead training and development efforts for new team members and provide consistent coaching to enhance team performance
Required qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D.; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in provider credentialing preferred
- Experience in coaching or mentoring team members preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word and Excel
- Ability to engage staff at all levels to work toward unified goals and objectives
