A company is looking for a Senior Credentialing Representative to support provider credentialing across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end data entry, provider file preparation, and system loading within credentialing platforms
• Conduct audits and identify process improvements to enhance accuracy and performance
• Act as a technical resource and facilitate conflict resolution within the team

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• 1+ years of managed care or medical insurance experience
• 1+ years of experience in credentialing providers or related fields
• Beginner level proficiency with MS Excel and Word
