Senior Credentialing Representative

Job Summary

Supporting provider credentialing across multiple markets, the full-time Senior Credentialing Representative will manage end-to-end data entry, conduct audits, and resolve complex issues while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Process provider applications and re-applications, including initial mailing and database loading
• Conduct audits and provide feedback to enhance processes and reduce errors
• Act as a technical resource for team members and facilitate conflict resolution

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 4+ years of healthcare provider credentialing experience
• 2+ years of experience with compliance workflows, including NCQA policies
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word
