Senior Credit Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Credit Analyst, Private Research.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of US performing leveraged loan borrowers and lead primary analysis work
• Conduct fundamental credit analysis and develop actionable credit ideas for subscribers
• Mentor junior analysts and maintain industry contacts for coverage ideas and market insights

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of credit research experience in a client-facing or decision-making role
• Experience in leading coverage and monitoring of credits, including distressed debt opportunities
• Proficiency in building and maintaining financial and valuation models
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Experience with legal documentation and restructuring proceedings
