Senior Credit Analyst

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, the full-time Senior Credit Analyst will drive timely collections, optimize cash flow, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing and payment issues in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end collections activities for assigned customer accounts
• Proactively follow up on past-due invoices through various outreach methods
• Monitor aging reports and prioritize collections efforts based on risk and materiality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or Order-to-Cash
• Strong working knowledge of invoicing, cash application, and collections processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics, NetSuite)
• Experience working in a global environment (preferred)
