Senior Credit and Collections Manager

Job Summary

Leading the company's credit and collections function, the full-time Senior Credit and Collections Manager will ensure timely collection of receivables, manage customer credit risk, and drive process improvements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee collection activities to reduce past-due receivables and improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
• Evaluate customer creditworthiness and adjust credit limits based on financial analysis and risk assessments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve invoice disputes and other payment barriers

Required qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years of experience in credit, collections, or finance operations, including leadership of a credit and collections team
• Experience managing an accounts receivable portfolio of at least $1.1 billion
• Strong knowledge of commercial credit analysis and collections strategies in a B2B environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools; experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred
• Excellent analytical and relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
