Senior Credit and Collections Specialist

Job Summary

Driving operational efficiencies, the full-time Senior Credit and Collections Specialist will manage the end-to-end collections process, utilize AI tools for automation, and serve as the primary point of contact for customer billing inquiries in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the collections process, including invoicing, follow-ups, and dispute resolution
• Own the AR aging report and produce collections metrics, presenting trends to leadership
• Serve as the primary contact for customer billing inquiries, maintaining relationships with customer AP teams

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related accounting function
• Demonstrated experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Sage Intacct
• Hands-on experience using AI platforms to improve work quality and efficiency
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on process improvement
• Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company is a plus
