Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Credit Manager to analyze and develop credit risk strategies for its lending products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement credit underwriting strategies for Personal Loans and monitor risk trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and manage credit risk effectively
• Innovate and enhance credit strategies using data-driven insights and analytics

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of related experience in consumer lending or credit cards
• Experience in the credit strategy analytical life cycle, including strategy development and implementation
• Proficient in data exploration and credit modeling using Excel, SQL, and Python
• Knowledge of analytical techniques such as decision trees and regression analysis
• Preferred: Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics or Mathematics
