Senior Credit Manager

Job Summary

Leading the global commercial credit and financing function, the full-time Senior Credit Manager will serve as the primary subject matter expert, overseeing credit risk, underwriting, and financing programs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and maintain strong risk management practices in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate complex credit deals and provide recommendations on risk and structure to support leadership decisions
• Build and scale a global credit operating model through standardized processes and technology enhancements
• Design and implement new financing programs and partnerships, collaborating with various departments and external lenders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics
• 7+ years of experience in commercial credit, underwriting, or financial risk management roles
• Strong knowledge of SAP credit management and order-to-cash processes
• Proven expertise in B2B credit analysis and global portfolio risk oversight
• Experience in leading financing program implementations and managing relationships with external lenders
