Senior Credit Oversight Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Credit Oversight Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure credit policies are designed and updated to manage risk in alignment with the company's risk appetite
• Partner with the Data Science team to develop and maintain loss forecasting models for lending portfolios
• Conduct monthly monitoring of loan performance and present insights on trends and drivers

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in developing or validating risk or loss forecasting statistical models
• 5+ years of experience in SQL and/or Python programming for data analysis and model development
• Strong business acumen in lending products and risk data analysis
• In-depth understanding of model risk governance frameworks
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing the lending industry
