Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Credit Policy Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies for portfolio growth while maintaining risk balance
• Establish and uphold credit risk policies and procedures, aligning them with the broader risk management framework
• Identify and evaluate key factors influencing operational efficiencies, including vendor integration into the loan decisioning process

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in credit risk management within consumer finance, banking, or lending
• 1+ year of experience with consumer fraud tooling and trends
• Proficiency with Alloy or other loan decisioning platforms to implement credit strategies
• Knowledge of regulations, standards, and guidelines governing consumer lending
• Experience with SQL and preferably Looker for data analysis
