Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Products Specialist Sr - Sponsor Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the structuring, analysis, and approval of complex credit transactions
• Proactively monitor portfolio risk and identify industry trends affecting credit quality
• Serve as a strategic partner to sales and senior leadership in credit negotiations

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, or 12+ years of equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in commercial credit analysis, structuring, underwriting, and portfolio management
• Deep expertise in structuring and negotiating complex credit agreements
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence credit strategy
• In-depth understanding of macroeconomic factors impacting credit risk
