Job Summary

As a strategic advisor, the full-time Senior Credit Products Specialist will manage complex commercial credit relationships, focusing on structuring, negotiating, and overseeing credit transactions while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the structuring, analysis, and approval of complex credit transactions, balancing risk with business needs
• Proactively monitor portfolio risk and identify trends affecting credit quality
• Serve as a strategic partner to sales and senior leadership, providing expertise in credit negotiations and deal execution

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, or 12+ years of equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years in commercial credit analysis, structuring, underwriting, and portfolio management
• Deep expertise in structuring and negotiating complex credit agreements
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence credit strategy and policy
• In-depth understanding of macroeconomic factors and their impact on credit risk
