Senior Credit Review Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Credit Review Officer I to join its Credit Risk Review team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct independent reviews of complex commercial loan relationships and assess credit quality
• Analyze financial conditions of borrowers to determine loan repayment prospects and ongoing monitoring requirements
• Lead training sessions and mentor junior staff on credit review processes and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience in Loan Review, Commercial Lending, or Credit Administration
• Subject matter expert in evaluating risks in various lending types
• Ability to lead complex projects and work collaboratively with teams
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with nCino and/or Credit360 is a plus
