Senior Credit Risk Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit Risk Analyst (Senior level open).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop credit strategies using data, machine learning models, and advanced analytics tools to optimize risk decisions
• Lead end-to-end risk and analytics strategy for credit card products, including underwriting policies and portfolio optimization
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis related to risk management and analyze portfolio performance to identify trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics with relevant experience; Master's degree may substitute for some experience
• Experience managing credit or fraud risk in the consumer lending industry; consumer credit card experience is a plus
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Tableau; knowledge of R and Knowledge Seeker is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and experience using machine learning and statistical models
• Curiosity and a growth mindset, with a willingness to learn new tools and methodologies
