Job Summary

Owning credit risk identification and mitigation, the full-time Senior Credit Risk Analyst will work remotely to prevent financial losses for merchants using the payments gateway by analyzing flagged cases, shaping strategy, and collaborating with data and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review flagged cases and analyze signals to prevent merchant credit risk losses
• Communicate with merchants to address concerns and explain decisions clearly
• Identify emerging risk patterns and collaborate with teams to enhance detection rules and models

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on merchant risk analysis experience in payments or e-commerce
• Deep knowledge of merchant credit risk patterns and mitigation strategies
• Experience managing risk for high-value processing volumes and high-visibility accounts
• Strong understanding of charge processes and monitoring programs
• High proficiency with spreadsheet tools like Google Sheets or Excel
