Job Summary
Managing quality control audits, the full-time Senior Credit Risk Analyst will perform audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages QC audits, including post-funding and prefunding, ensuring adherence to state, federal, agency, and investor guidelines
- Communicates audit findings to relevant parties and assists in identifying areas for improvement through Quality Control audits
- Finalizes audit findings and ensures proper documentation in the LOS system by the underwriter
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years related audit experience, preferably in mortgage operations
- Experience as a Direct Endorsement (DE) Underwriter or equivalent in HECM reverse mortgages
- General knowledge of lending policies, procedures, and HUD guidelines
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
