Senior Credit Strategy Analyst

Job Summary

Driving credit strategy optimization for personal loans, the full-time Senior Credit Strategy Analyst will manage data analysis, develop underwriting strategies, and monitor performance metrics in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, refine, and develop credit strategies for personal loans, including underwriting and loan amounts
• Create and analyze champion/challenger tests to inform future credit strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and improve conversion rates

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar analytical role
• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree is a plus
• Experience in the financial industry with a focus on credit risk
• Proficiency in Python or similar languages, SQL, and MS Excel
• Strong knowledge of modeling tools and techniques
