Senior Credit Strategy Analyst

Job Summary

To optimize credit strategies for personal loans, the full-time Senior Credit Strategy Analyst will monitor and refine underwriting and loan amount decisions, drive strategy improvement, and collaborate across functional areas in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, refine, and develop credit strategies for personal loans
• Create and analyze champion/challenger tests to inform future strategies
• Perform ad-hoc analytics and create reporting and presentations to support decision-making

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar analytical role
• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field; Master's degree is a plus
• Experience in the financial industry with a focus on credit risk
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and MS Excel
• Strong knowledge of modeling tools and techniques
