Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Credit Underwriting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite loan applications independently by analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
• Lead customer-facing deal motions, including diligence calls and negotiations
• Monitor portfolio health through covenant monitoring and portfolio review processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of credit or underwriting experience in Fintech, SMB, or commercial lending
• Strong credit fundamentals, including financial statement analysis and risk assessment
• Direct deal experience with customer negotiations and structuring conversations
• Builder mindset, comfortable in a high-growth environment
• Cross-functional fluency, with experience working alongside Sales, Legal, Product, and Engineering
