Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Crisis Response Manager to coordinate and strengthen its enterprise-wide response to major incidents and crises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain awareness of all customer-impacting and brand-impacting incidents across the enterprise
  • Coordinate response execution for high-severity incidents, including logistics and tracking
  • Track root cause investigations and ensure completion of corrective actions to reduce repeat incidents
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of experience in incident/crisis response operations or related high-tempo roles
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams during high-pressure events
  • Experience with incident management tools and workflows such as PagerDuty and Jira
  • Familiarity with regulated/compliance-informed environments
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and based in the United States
