Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior CRM Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee user support lifecycle, including onboarding and training for CiviCRM and Acoustic
  • Customize and maintain CiviCRM and Acoustic platforms based on business needs
  • Ensure data quality and governance, including monitoring data flows and implementing privacy best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing a CRM environment, preferably in a nonprofit organization
  • Proficiency in CRM configuration and data management
  • Experience with system integrations and third-party APIs
  • Understanding of fundraising strategies and best practices
  • Familiarity with data analysis and SQL is preferred
