Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior CRM Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee user support lifecycle, including onboarding and training for CiviCRM and Acoustic
- Customize and maintain CiviCRM and Acoustic platforms based on business needs
- Ensure data quality and governance, including monitoring data flows and implementing privacy best practices
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing a CRM environment, preferably in a nonprofit organization
- Proficiency in CRM configuration and data management
- Experience with system integrations and third-party APIs
- Understanding of fundraising strategies and best practices
- Familiarity with data analysis and SQL is preferred
