Job Summary
Detail-oriented and tech-savvy, the full-time Senior CRM Administrator will manage, configure, and maintain CRM platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and tracking key SaaS metrics in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and optimize CRM platforms, implementing workflows and data hygiene processes
- Oversee system infrastructure and ensure reliability and security of CRM-related tools
- Track and report key SaaS metrics, developing dashboards for performance visibility
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in system administration with a focus on CRM platforms
- Strong background in backend configuration and integration for Salesforce and HubSpot
- Experience with SaaS business models and associated KPIs/metrics
- Proven experience in end-to-end system migration projects
