Senior CRM Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, CRM to drive business growth and profitability through data-driven decision-making and product experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform large-scale hypothesis testing and statistical analysis, including A/B and multivariate testing
• Collaborate with product teams to design analytics tracking and provide insights
• Develop solutions for communicating data across stakeholders and lead requirements collection

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of technology industry experience in an analytics function, with 3 years in Product Analytics
• Expert-level SQL; experience with Python/R is a plus
• Advanced experience with BI tools, preferably Amplitude and Tableau
• Experience in project management and stakeholder relationship support
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or related fields; advanced degrees preferred
