Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lifecycle & CRM Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and evolve relationship strategies using CRM, focusing on customer acquisition and retention
  • Manage onboarding, engagement, and expansion strategies for existing clients
  • Create and maintain dashboards and documentation for CRM governance and lifecycle operations
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and/or lifecycle management
  • Background in B2B and/or SaaS environments, preferably with SMB focus
  • Analytical and organized profile, capable of working with data and dashboards
  • Experience with advanced CRM tools like HubSpot or similar
  • Intermediate to advanced Spanish for communication with LATAM
