Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Lifecycle & CRM Analyst (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and evolve relationship strategies using CRM, focusing on customer acquisition and retention
- Manage onboarding, engagement, and expansion strategies for existing clients
- Create and maintain dashboards and documentation for CRM governance and lifecycle operations
Required Qualifications
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and/or lifecycle management
- Background in B2B and/or SaaS environments, preferably with SMB focus
- Analytical and organized profile, capable of working with data and dashboards
- Experience with advanced CRM tools like HubSpot or similar
- Intermediate to advanced Spanish for communication with LATAM
