Senior CRM Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and results-driven, the full-time Senior CRM Analyst will support the strategy and execution of email and SMS programs across client accounts, managing campaign briefing, production, quality assurance, and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Write and coordinate email and SMS briefs, ensuring timely feedback and creative flow
• Build, QA, and deploy campaigns within Klaviyo and other ESPs, implementing dynamic content and personalization
• Analyze CRM performance data, tracking key performance indicators and monitoring campaign functionality

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of CRM/lifecycle marketing experience
• Familiarity with Klaviyo or a comparable email service provider (ESP) preferred
• Agency experience is a plus
• Proven track record of achievement with strong attention to detail
• Experience in collaborative, cross-functional teams
