Job Summary
Leading the migration from Salesforce to Dynamics 365 modules, the full-time Senior CRM Architect will implement D365 solutions, provide exceptional customer service, and utilize AI-driven methodologies for data migration in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Architect, design, and build D365 solutions that meet client objectives
- Lead the migration process from Salesforce to Dynamics architecture with the engineering team
- Analyze source and target system data to identify potential challenges and design data migration strategies
Required qualifications:
- 12+ years of Microsoft D365 CE development experience, including integration and migration techniques
- 4+ years of architecture experience with Microsoft D365 CE
- Experience in migration from Salesforce to MS Dynamics
- Expertise in Power Pages and knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform technologies
- Certifications PL200, PL400, PL600, MB210, MB220, MB230, MB240 preferred
