Senior CRM Associate
Job Summary
To support the execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns, the full-time remote Senior CRM Associate will build, test, and optimize email and SMS communications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, schedule, and send lifecycle campaigns across email and SMS, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Set up customer journeys, audience segments, and messaging templates within the customer engagement platform, Braze
- Pull campaign reporting and track performance against KPIs, sharing insights with the team
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in lifecycle/CRM within a D2C or comparison business
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
- Self-starter with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable working with data and quick to learn new tools
- Experience with Braze or a similar customer engagement platform is a plus
