Job Summary

Leading the optimization and governance of core GTM infrastructure, the full-time remote Senior CRM Consultant will architect scalable CRM solutions and manage data migration projects while leveraging advanced platform capabilities to maximize revenue velocity across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design custom CRM solutions by translating complex business requirements into functional specifications and overseeing data governance and hygiene
  • Implement no-code/low-code automation workflows and ensure alignment between CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms to optimize sales engagement
  • Develop executive dashboards and synthesize performance data to provide actionable insights for revenue leadership during Quarterly Business Reviews
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience in CRM Consulting, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations with a proven track record of CRM implementations
  • Expert-level declarative configuration skills in major CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) without the need for coding
  • Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills to navigate complex business challenges
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, competitive environments with evolving business requirements
  • Solid understanding of B2B SaaS metrics and data migration tools
