Job Summary
A company is looking for a Retention & Lifecycle Manager with a focus on acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and ongoing adoption efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop lifecycle strategies to engage and retain loyal clients through email, push, in-app, and other channels
- Build and execute complex User Retention (CRM) campaigns to guide clients to relevant products and services
- Analyze campaign results, optimize data, and create operational plans
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience leading the development of complex lifecycle/CRM programs
- Extensive experience building and executing complex CRM campaigns
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Braze, LeanPlum, etc
- Strong awareness of user operations and advanced analytic tools
- Expertise in customer segmentation strategies and subscriber management across multiple channels
