Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior CRM Manager (Growth).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CRM team to design and execute CRM strategies aligned with growth goals
• Lead monetization-focused Growth projects utilizing data-driven insights to enhance acquisition and conversion funnels
• Oversee technical implementation of campaigns and manage CRM-driven workflows and campaigns to support Growth experiments

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRM experience in high-growth mobile B2C environments
• Strong monetization mindset with a focus on revenue potential evaluation
• Proven track record in customer lifecycle management and revenue growth strategies
• Technical expertise in CRM systems, with a preference for Braze experience
• Proficiency in analytical tools for experiment tracking and performance analysis
