Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior CRM Manager who will be responsible for developing CRM streams and supporting onboarding efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize CRM scenarios within the assigned streams
- Design omnichannel flows and run A/B tests to analyze their impact
- Drive CRM channel revenue growth and delegate tasks to ensure quality execution
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in CRM marketing
- Hands-on experience with Customer.io or similar platforms
- Experience building complex triggered and omnichannel flows
- Strong understanding of statistics and A/B testing principles
- English level: at least Intermediate (spoken and written)
