Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior CRM Manager who will be responsible for developing CRM streams and supporting onboarding efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize CRM scenarios within the assigned streams
  • Design omnichannel flows and run A/B tests to analyze their impact
  • Drive CRM channel revenue growth and delegate tasks to ensure quality execution
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Customer.io or similar platforms
  • Experience building complex triggered and omnichannel flows
  • Strong understanding of statistics and A/B testing principles
  • English level: at least Intermediate (spoken and written)
