Job Summary
To elevate CRM strategies, the full-time Senior CRM Manager will independently manage lifecycle marketing campaigns, coach a CRM Executive, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage and mentor a CRM Executive, setting clear goals and providing feedback
- Set the creative vision for lifecycle communications and innovate campaign concepts
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of lifecycle/CRM experience, preferably in D2C or comparison
- Strong creative background with a proven track record of high-performing campaigns
- Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with Braze or equivalent platforms is a plus
