Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Lifecycle & CRM Marketing Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the end-to-end lifecycle CRM roadmap to optimize engagement, automation, and segmentation
  • Design and launch full-funnel lifecycle programs across multiple channels with advanced personalization
  • Lead experimentation and optimization through A/B testing and cohort analysis to improve engagement outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • 13+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement strategy
  • Experience in designing and executing cross-channel lifecycle programs using advanced segmentation and automation
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools and Customer Data Platforms
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance frameworks including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA
  • Experience in SaaS, subscription, or product-led growth environments
