Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior CRM Marketing Professional to join their Marketing and Health Quality and Stars teams working remotely nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead marketing improvement initiatives through planning, execution, and results monitoring
• Play a leading role in a cross-functional team environment to achieve business goals
• Develop data-driven recommendations to inform current projects and uncover opportunities for future improvements

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in direct response marketing, digital marketing, marketing operations or related field
• Experience optimizing marketing activities by leveraging analytics, conducting tests, and applying insights to improve performance
• Strong business acumen skills, including comfort with financial metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
• Knowledge of healthcare, pharmacy and/or clinical concepts and conditions
