Senior CRM Solution Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solution Consultant focused on Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops and technical demos connecting FSO and CRM solutions to financial services challenges
• Partner with sales to build pipeline, shape account strategy, and advance deals
• Guide strategic programs in top accounts and facilitate outcome-based value conversations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience with CRM or Enterprise Application platforms
• Strong financial services background in banking, insurance, wealth management, or payments
• Experience with the ServiceNow platform or equivalent cloud SaaS technical depth
• Proven collaboration skills across Sales, Product Management, and Professional Services
• Experience integrating AI into workflows or customer-facing processes
