Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior CRM Specialist to enhance user experience and engagement through various messaging channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, develop, and optimize experiences in the Marketing Automation tool (Braze)
  • Analyze user behavior and implement strategies to maximize conversion rates from free users to paid customers
  • Execute marketing campaigns and manage quality assurance for communications across email, push, and in-app messaging
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in Marketing Automation and CRM/campaign management platforms
  • Experience in creating and executing A/B and multi-variate tests
  • Ability to analyze data to monitor campaign results and performance metrics
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Fluent in English, with strong long-form writing skills
