Senior CRM Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior CRM Specialist (Braze).

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation, implementation, and activation of communication journeys
• Monitoring results and optimization of campaigns
• Interfacing with clients and other departments to interpret requests and manage projects

Required Qualifications

• Completed university studies, preferably in marketing or statistics
• Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns
• At least 2 years of demonstrable experience with Braze, including Canvas and Data platform
• Desirable experience with other tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe
• Intermediate to advanced level of English and high level of Spanish
