• Hands-on experience with GHL, including building and configuring sub-accounts
• Experience with A2P / 10DLC compliance and navigating carrier rejections
• Strong troubleshooting instincts to identify and resolve issues in workflows
• Meticulous attention to detail in CRM configuration processes
• Discipline in following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately
