Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior CRM Strategist.
Key Responsibilities
- Run structured engagements with customers to audit lifecycle setups and design engagement frameworks
- Provide continuous feedback to Product and Engineering on customer use cases to improve integrations and event triggers
- Create scalable assets such as playbooks and templates for customer success and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of hands-on experience in mobile lifecycle marketing or CRM, focusing on subscription apps
- Deep knowledge of mobile CRM and engagement platforms like Braze, Iterable, or similar
- Proven ability to design and measure lifecycle experiments, including A/B testing
- Strong understanding of mobile engagement practices and the impact of privacy changes
- Experience working in a remote-first environment across multiple time zones
