Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior CRM Strategist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run structured engagements with customers to audit lifecycle setups and design engagement frameworks
  • Provide continuous feedback to Product and Engineering on customer use cases to improve integrations and event triggers
  • Create scalable assets such as playbooks and templates for customer success and internal teams


Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of hands-on experience in mobile lifecycle marketing or CRM, focusing on subscription apps
  • Deep knowledge of mobile CRM and engagement platforms like Braze, Iterable, or similar
  • Proven ability to design and measure lifecycle experiments, including A/B testing
  • Strong understanding of mobile engagement practices and the impact of privacy changes
  • Experience working in a remote-first environment across multiple time zones
