Senior CRO Designer

Job Summary

Focused on optimizing app monetization, the full-time remote Senior CRO Designer will design and implement high-converting paywalls and funnels, lead conversion optimization projects, and create educational content for customers and the broader app community.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build high-converting paywalls and onboarding flows using RevenueCat's tools
• Lead conversion optimization projects by conducting structured discovery and proposing experiment plans
• Create reusable templates and educational content based on project outcomes and best practices

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in designing consumer mobile experiences, particularly in subscription or purchase flows
• Strong understanding of conversion optimization and experimentation methodologies
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma and experience with no-code builder configurations
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills, with experience leading workshops and strategy sessions
• Ability to work iteratively in a fully remote, distributed team environment
