Senior CRO Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior CRO Specialist (Contractor) to improve on-site conversion and optimize the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a structured A/B and multivariate testing roadmap
• Analyze on-site behavior to identify friction and conversion blockers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing with product releases and marketing campaigns

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on CRO or e-commerce optimization experience
• Strong expertise with experimentation tools (e.g., Optimizely, Google Optimize)
• Solid analytics capability (GA4, Looker/Tableau)
• Experience optimizing Shopify or other major e-commerce platforms
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices
